Welcome to Principal’s Corner. The weather this past week has been a roller coaster. We are glad that it warmed up so students could have fun outside at recess. Don’t forget to support our school by participating in our Parent Association Bottle drive Friday, February 3. See the information below. Students are learning how become more fluent with basic facts and numbers. Students will be practicing daily in school. You can practice with them at home with the games we shared below.

We are waiting for an additional doorbell to be installed (lower down on the door) before we begin locking the doors. We will continue to leave the front door unlocked until all the hardware is installed. We will let you know when we will begin to lock the front door.

Reminders

École Dansereau Meadows Meadow School is arranging ski/snowboard trips to the Rabbit Hill Snow Resort. This activity is being offered as an after-school activity. Lessons are available for all students however, all beginner students must take lessons.  The children will leave the school at approximately 3:30 pm and will return at approximately 8:00 pm. In the event of inclement weather (-20 including wind-chill or bus cancellation) the activity for that day will be cancelled.  Students can bring their own equipment to school in the morning and it will be transported by the transport volunteer.
