Welcome to Principal’s Corner and to our new Weekly Update. This will be our new way of communicating with our school community. This will be done in place of our monthly newsletter. I will share this with you at the beginning of each week. You can simply scroll through to get your information and this format works well on a mobile phone too. Our theme for November was Kindness and Hydration. Students received tickets for being kind. We had a draw every Friday for prizes. Here are our winners for last week.

Our theme for December is Inclusiveness & Movement. We will be sending home a family BINGO to complete for prizes.

The Caregiver Education Team is proud to offer free mental health programming for parents and caregivers of children and youth through our partnership with the Mental Health Foundation. In response to the global pandemic, our programming continues to be offered virtually at this time.

Sessions for this month: technology and the teenage brain (a session for parents and teens together), sleep and family mental health, self-regulation, depression and self-injury, and resilience in parenting, & Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
