Winter Break Extended for Students

As you have probably already heard, Alberta Education has extended the holiday break in response to the Omicron virus.   

•  Regular in-person instruction will resume on Monday, January 10th.  
• If students wish to quickly pick up any personal items from their lockers, the school front doors will be open from 10 am – 4 pm on Monday, January 3rd. Please use the front doors. Teachers will not be available to students during this time.   
• All extra-curricular and athletic events have been canceled for the week of January 3-7.(including practices) 
• The Government of Alberta will be issuing all students and staff upgraded masks and rapid-test kits.  We will be sure to share further details prior to students returning on January 10th. 

GMAIL Email Account

Do you have a tough time finding school or classroom communication that is mixed in with your work or personal emails? You can create a free Gmail account that would just be for school/classroom communication. Everything school-related will be in one spot. You can create folders in the email account – one for each child, and store the emails in case you want to go back to them. If you decide to do this, please email the school with your new email account and we can update your child’s file. [email protected]
