It was so lovely to meet everyone this week as we settled into a new school year. Every Friday, a post will be made under the Principal’s Corner with updates for the upcoming school week.
There is NO School on Monday, September 2nd. See you on Tuesday!
ÉDMS Sports Update:
Next week, the Volleyball tryouts take place on Tuesday and Wednesday after school. The following week, we will be holding practices on Mondays and Wednesdays. *Game nights for the senior team (grade 8/9 team) are Thursdays and game nights for the junior team (grade 7/8 team) are on Tuesdays. Students interested must be able to attend the game nights for the entire season.
Junior High Golf tournament in Wetaskiwin is on September 19th. Students must have their own clubs and their own transportation to the golf course. Sign up is outside of the gymnasium.
The first Cross Country Meeting (for students in grades 3-9) will take place on Tuesday at lunch recess.
ÉDMS School Council AGM is on September 12th at 6:30pm. All parents are welcome to attend!
Students will have their photos taken on Monday, September 16th. Retakes will take place on October 30th.
