Parent-teacher conferences are a key part of our communication strategy at École Dansereau Meadows School. This year we are using the Dansereau Meadows Conference Manager to enable parents to book parent conference times online.

Parent-teacher conferences will be IN PERSON and will occur:

•           Tuesday, November 2nd (3:00 PM – 7:30 PM)

•           Wednesday, November 3rd (3:00PM – 5:30 PM)

Please note that parent teacher conferences can be booked using the Dansereau Meadows Conference Manager any time between Monday, October 26th at 8:00 AM and Friday. October 30th at 3:00 PM.

To book a conference, please do the following:

  1. Create an account by using the following link: https://blackgold.schoolsoft.com and then click the REGISTER NOW BUTTON. Once you create an account you will be able to use the same username and password for all future conference bookings.
  2. Login to the Dansereau Meadows Conference Manager using your newly created username and password and click École Dansereau Meadows School (between October 26th @ 8am and October 30th 3pm).
  3. Select the date desired and then put a checkmark beside the teachers with whom you want to book an appointment with and complete the booking process for each teacher and time block you select.

We look forward to seeing you at parent teacher conferences. Please email janine.woronuk@blackgold.ca if you have any questions regarding sign up.
