Healthy Snack
Apple slices with peanut butter and a sprinkle of granola quick, filling, and kid-approved.
Family Habit
Take a short walk together after dinner. It helps with digestion, reduces stress, and builds connection at the end of the day.

Get morning sunlight exposure within the first hour of waking. Neuroscientist Andrew Huberman recommends this as one of the best ways to set your circadian rhythm, boost mood, and improve sleep.
Screen Time Strategy
Before more screen time, try a quick “movement break” 10 jumping jacks, a stretch, or a lap around the block.
Gratitude Practice
End the day with one “gratitude sentence” each family member shares something they’re thankful for.
